Hey Scotty,
I have a 2008 Mazda 6 with the 5 speed automatic transmission, 133,000 miles. I recently got the transmission fluid drained and filled and have thereafter noticed that shifting isn't as smooth as it used to be. There's a slight shake when shifting gears, I am thinking it's the dog bone motor mount under the car that has gone bad. What do you think? Also, is it normal for the engine to rev to around 2,500 RPM before shifting to the next gear?

does old Mazda said wheat transmission and I would have told you not to have changed the fluid because you will often get problems changing it when they are that old from the differential friction that exists in dirty versus clean fluid. But do try some Lucas automatic transmission additive for it helps
