Can you tell me how to or show me how reprogram my ECM on my Nissan 2008 Altima.

Yaser is correct. My $400 scan tool won’t do that. Take it to a trusted mechanic to do for you; otherwise, you’d have to spend >>> $1,500 on a scan tool that can do that plus the know-how.
What kind of scan tools you got?

No. You need a dealer level scan tool for that. I would ask a mechanic do it since sometimes you need to have some sort of subscriptions to the service in order to make it work.
It would most definitely require a dealer scanner to have the info and capabilities of reprogramming plus if you get a used one the key will still need to be programmed to the replacement ecm
