Nissan altima 2007 if the vehicle was doing slow running the Engine was shaking and when I scan the vehicle I got p0300 and I replaced all the spark plug he was doing the same thing

Well many things can do that but it's often a blowing head gasket at one of those. So do my video how to tell if you had gasket is blown Scotty. It's on YouTube
