With this panel popping out it tends to make a noise while driving and the more it pops out the louder it gets. I can pop it back in but it will pop out again shortly after. I was wondering what could be causing this to happen. When I did try to take off the panel which I was only to get part of it off I notice a white plastic piece that the pieces for it where all over the place. Below is a link to the images I took.
Use some good double sided tape (like 3M VHB) and see what happens.
The cheap plastic clip broke apart. On a 14-year-old Subaru count your blessings if that's your worst problem.
Oh, I know. The timing belt have been replaced, water pump replaced, and will be doing the head gaskets soon with better quality ones and then it'll be good as new. Thank you for the help.
