AC Blows Cold at Higher RPM (2k~)

Other than that, my AC will not blow cold air. My blower motor was making whining noises. Upon inspection, I found no debris, so I replaced it. Prior to this, my car sat in my driveway unused for about 3 weeks. Before this 3 week resting for the money void, the AC did indeed blow cold air.

I'd also like to note that it will not blow hot air either. A reverse heater core flush was performed, and I was able to get hot air for a day. Afterward, it would blow semi-warm air. Note, I live in the north and it gets cold here.

Upon research, there is a fuse I could replace in the AC Compressor (I think?). I've also found information about a relay fuse (or switch) that could be replaced, however, this fix is for inconsistent cold air. As for the heat, I have no idea.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction to inspect this issue. I am a noob, but I can learn, and have.
