I have a 2009 Honda accord 2.4L and I have changed the crankshaft position sensor and had it relearned because before my car was throwing a P0339 code and ever since it’s been replaced the code is still coming on , it puts a engine light on, VSA light and this light that has a triangle with explanation mark in it and it’s messing with the shifting now I never heard of a crankshaft position sensor messing with your transmission I thought it only messes with the firing order but anybody on here any idea of what else could it possibly be to why I keep having this issue!
thanks!

Did you install an OEM sensor purchased from a trustworthy source? (Aftermarket knockoffs frequently do not work properly.) Note there are potential causes for P0339 other than the sensor itself:

The exclamation point in triangle means there is a problem in your VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist) system. You need a dealer-level scan tool to read VSA codes.

What does "messing with the shifting" mean? What are the actual symptoms?

Since all these systems are connected it is possible that all these faults have a single common cause. (There have even been cases where something as innocuous as a bad rear vision camera cause a no-start condition due to jamming up communications between the car's modules.)

It is also possible that something was disturbed when the new crank sensor was installed, so you'll want to go back over the work that was done.

You can find a repair manual for your car, including troubleshooting procedures and wiring diagrams, in the link below:

@chucktobias yes I installed a oem sensor and the symptoms I’m having with the shifting is like a hard and jerk shifting.
