AC takes a little bit of time to get cold when running in normal city traffic, quicker in highway driving. But when it's idling for a while like in a drive thru, it starts to get warm but mostly on the 2 driver side vents; the 2 passenger side vents seem to be OK. What could be wrong? Thanks.

Could be low on refrigerant, that can cause uneven cooling across the face of the evaporator. Also check your condenser fan if you're getting substantially less cooling when idling.
Most likely you are low on refrigerant.
Thank you.
