I have a 09 Nissan Altima 2.5l s automatic transmission. It went into limp mode and would not respond to turning off in. It will keep running on idol mode but the push start would not respond to turning off. Something was draining my battery to the point I had to keep it on a jumper to get the interior lights to come on. So I swapped my battery out even though i bought it in march when my alternator died. The driver side dash has no activity and the key indicator keeps flashing but wont crank the car but will allow me to turn it on. I was told many things from my neutral switch to my relay to my BCM to my ECM to my starter motor to it needing to be reprogrammed. Now a few things I noticed when with my original computers my turn signals were not working. But after the new BCM*but the wrong part number# they started working again. I could not get a read on my car even from a dealership reader it kept giving a 0U00I something code. I am now about to buy the correct BCM and ECM to the car. Another key weird not when it 1st happened the car lost speed there was no activity on my speedometer or gas gauge and in order for me to turn the car off I had to disconnect not only the battery but all the ignition coils as well. Please help me

Well realize that if you change the BCM or ECM it has to be reprogrammed correctly. And of course if there is any electrical problem in the system and that is not fixed, you put in a new BCM or ECM it will still act up because the root problem was not solved. You're going to have to see a really good mechanic to check that out, unless you're willing to guess with an ECM or BCM and have them reprogrammed

@scottykilmer After a long study of my car and what was said and what was done and what was not done for the last 3mths why i have a gut feeling that what no one has done was replace my relay fuse. So lets try this: reconnect the original ECM and BCM, battery already replaced, reground the compressor wire but lets check the fuses to my ECM PCM and BCM swap all those with new fuses. Check the wire by my pullys and crank it up again. Because if that doesn't work I must be crazy but my gut feeling is never wrong. Because my turn signals came back on with the new BCM ECM but it was the wrong ECM but it still would not turn on the engine.. The interior works the dash lights up but still wont start but wont turn off either. The alternator fan is blowing hard which is the reason the other battery died so fast so i swapped that out got full power but still no communication. None of my fuses have been checked
