2010 accord using too much fuel
clean air filter, clean fluids, using shell gas
car has 61k miles but is 10 years old, should i go ahead and change the spark plugs? if so what type and how much should i expect to pay?

Spark plugs should be fine with that mileage if they are not cheap. Clean the MAF sensor. If it did not help, you should findout the oxygen sensor reading and STFTand LTFT data too.

i plugged it in with an autel scan tool no codes whatsoever
I mean check the numbers.

you can inspect the plugs to see if they need changing, but I highly doubt it @ 61k
