I noticed a significant amount of vibration coming from my 2010 Honda CRV LX 2.4L lately. I currently have about 90.000 miles on the vehicle. I just started to notice that the vibration had been getting progressively worse over the past severalm months. It is most noticeable when I am in park, or stopped at a red light. I recently bought some OEM upper and lower torque strut mounts and installed both. I believe the vibration may have got slightly better. I am looking now into installing new engine mounts for my CRV.
I was looking on numerous different websites and I was only able to find engine mounts for the "Front right". I was looking at the Beck Arnley 104-2022 Engine Mount from Rock Auto or Amazon. I was wondering, is that engine mount the only mount in addition to the two torque strut rods that I replaced? Or was there another motor mount that I was missing.
Thank you.
Thank you so much! I looked more into my issue and I'm fairly confident my transmission mount is on its way out. I was going to change the motor mount too while I was at it and leave the rear diff mount unless I find it to be worn when I inspect it. I was wondering, is beck/arnley a good brand?
You're welcome! Yes, Beck/Arnley is a very good brand. In fact, if you have ever ordered OEM Toyota or Honda replacements, sometimes they ship in Beck/Arnley boxes as they supply certain suspension components for those brands.
