2010 Lexus ES 350 Radio stops working when volume turned up

 so I have a question.

Maybe someone can help me. I have a 2010 Lexus ES 350 Full loaded. And I'm having issues with the Mark Levinson stereo system.

The radio works great, until you turn the radio up louder. At that point all sound will stop working. The only way to get it working again is to shut the car off and then back on. When running a diagnostic on the radio, it says there is a communication issue with the amplifier. Does anyone know how to fix this? And where is the amplifier located?   The sound will only fail when you turn The volume up above 45. Otherwise the sound works perfectly fine. I'm hoping someone can help me fix this issue.

If it’s not a simple wiring issue, you may want to go the aftermarket route with an Android unit, rather than paying for an OEM Lexus stereo.
