My 2010 Mercury Mariner with 158,000 miles has developed a loud growl when I start the engine and when I put it in gear and start driving. It does not burn oil and has been well maintained. It has the 4 cylinder engine. Any ideas?

Find where the growl is coming from do my video finding the source of car noises Scotty. Pray that it's a worn external bearing like on the alternator or something and not internal engine wear
