Hey Scotty-- I'm stuck on whether a 2010 Camry LE 2.5L 4cyl, automatic with 122K miles is a good deal for $3500 where the check engine light is on with OBD2 codes of P0607, P0016 and O2 codes of P0136, 137, 138. Also ABS hazard sensor light is on. Caxfax showns 2 owners, but no maintenance history after 9/2013. Owner says always changed oil regularly but has no maintenance records or receipts. I test drove...runs and looks great. Could this be a deal at $3500 or $3K should I walk.... Live in Michigan with no auto exhaust testing.
I don't think that it is worth it for that many miles and having a check engine light. That seems to much, maybe $2,500 or less.
dont go near it, thats a lot of codes, car might have a serious problem.
Too many things wrong with it. Run aways.
P0607 is an issue with the engine control module (ECM) main computer.
P0016 is a problem with the Crankshaft Position Sensor, which controls the timing (smooth running) of the engine.
P0136, 137, 138 are problems with the voltage to the oxygen sensors which controls how the engine mixes fuel and air.
Sounds like the car has too many major problems and will need expensive repairs.
Do not buy it.
