Low pressure reading is way to high, it depends on the vehicle, but usually low pressure readings are 25-40 on a 70 degree day when the AC unit is in cycle. (Kicks Fan in full) out of cycle it can  go up to 55, sometimes a little higher on certain vehicles but no more than 65-70 max out of cycle. Your accord should be 20-25 in cycle, 40-45 max out of cycle around 70 degrees. Add or subtract about 10% for every 15 degrees of temp difference. Not exact but a good rule in general.

AC charge is done by freon weight for the vehicle. Auto Parts store love to sell freon charge kits to people, but the truth is if you have lost charge there’s a reason. Second the only real correct way to charge a unit is to evacuate it, pull a vacuum and re-charge it with correct measured amount of freon. Charging or “topping” of a system by psi readings is dangerous, especially if there us a failure or problem in the system. Overcharging can not only be dangerous but can also cause damage to the system.

If you tried to charge it yourself I would recommend do not try to run it, get it to a shop so they can evac it as soon as possible and check for damage. If you didn’t try to charge it then you likely have a failure in the system and need to have it diagnosed. Good Luck!

Side note, bad AC temp sensor, valve, or compressor malfunction can cause this if it wasn’t overcharged.
