2011 honda civic 1.8 petrol automatic - idle/surging issue when AC is on

when the AC is on, you can see exactly what's happening in the two video clips, when the AC engages (compressor), the idle goes crazy. when i turn the AC blower fan up or down, the same result.

i fixed this issue about 6 months ago by cleaning the throttle body, and for around 1 month, it was perfect, with the idle being substantially higher when stationary. after about a month, the problem returned as the stationary idle is around 750rpm ..

link to the two video clips: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YkBfUG1ao3KyMICFMQWaqfN2SK0-aJ_z?usp=sharing

car has a new MAF sensor, been using synthetic oil for the past 5 years, oil changes every 7500km. i've also run multiple bottles of BG fuel injector cleaner.

what can it be?

I'm not familiar with diesel motors, but does it have an idle air control valve bolted to the bottom of the throttle body? If it does try cleaning that with throttle cleaner. That was the problem on my 2005 accord that would not idle. However like I say I don't know if your diesel has one. My IAC has two small coolant lines attached to it.

It's not diesel it's petrol ... Also, no IAC in my model ...

sorry don't know what petrol is, I thought is was diesel. My mistake

Have you load tested the battery and alternator? Also inspect the drive belt and make sure it is not loose.

Battery is 1 month old. Alternator is perfect. New drive belt last month
