Flush AC after replacing failed compressor?

I am overhauling my ac system on my 03 F-150 as the AC compressor imploded. I am replacing the Accumulator, Compressor and the Condenser. The refrigerant leaked out so I dont need to evacuate that. My question is should I have the lines flushed out before or after I start replacing my parts?

Yes, obviously flush it out before replacing parts.. You also need to replace the expansion valve or orifice tube. You might also consider replacing those 22-year-old rubber hoses while you're at it.

@chucktobias I knew about the orfice tube. Not sure which parts are rubber. Is it the AC hose assembly?

The rubber hoses should be pretty obvious. Metal tubing would not need replacement unless damaged.
