Hello Scotty. I just recently had my 2011 Subaru Legacy die on me due to tranny issues. I need a car quick and have found a few in my price range. The first is a 2011 Subaru Forester. Private owner, 198500 miles, head gasket changed already, and 1 reported rear end accident that’s been fixed/repaired and 1 owner. The other is a 2001 Toyota Avalon, dealer seller, 194103 miles, and 2 owners. The Avalon is slightly cheaper. I’m in CT and recognize Subaru for what it is. Which car will last longer and what’s your recommendation? Thanks a lot. You’re channel is extremely informative and fun to watch.

The Avalon is going to last longer. In the snow, of course, 4WD would be missed though.
