I have a 2009 Kia rio - Automatic.  the car had been sitting for a couple of months.  When I went to start it the battery was totally dead (the terminals were so corroded that they fell apart and were replaced).  I brought the battery back to Canadian Tire and they put it on the their bench charger and charged it and said it was A - OK.  Now when I put the battery in the horn blairs and the lights go on. Nothing else works on the car. I can't start it, the remote locks don't work - nothing, except the horn blairing all the time.  How can I fix this?

the battery likely isn't the only thing that corroded. You probably need to replace the fuse box and maybe some wires.
