Ford was vilified for their very poor automatic transmission in these. I am considered a manual version as a little knock-around car. Apart from the auto trans fiasco, are there any other issues with these?

Ford Focus is a good run around car, Easy to fix, and parts are cheap.

Not a very good built cars. the manual transmission seems to have shuddering issues.
