AC blows warm

Hello I have a 2012 Honda Accord 4 Cyl, LXP. My air conditioner recently stopped blowing cold air when I check the vents with a thermometer left side was reading 65 with an outside ambient temperature of 72. I attached a manifold gauge to get a reading of the pressure when the car was in a complete stop the low side was reading about 85 PSI and high side was reading about 105 PSI. I turn the vehicle on and left it running for about 8 minutes and turned up the ac to the coldest setting/highest setting. At that point the gauge was reading low side about 5 PSI and high side was reading about 100 PSI.

I'm trying to figure if I can run a vacuum and then just add the Freon. or is my pressure way off and this is the root cause of something else? also low side reading 5 PSI does that mean I need to have the freon discharged completely before I run a vacuum.

At rest you should be seeing the same pressure on both high and low sides of the AC system. It might take a little while for pressures to equalize.

I'm surprised the compressor would even engage if your low side is dipping down to 5 psi. On most systems the low pressure cutout will shut off the compressor below around 15-20 psi. In any event, it sure sounds like you're low on refrigerant. You should check for leaks and repair as needed. After old refrigerant is evacuated you can charge in the manufacturer-specified amount by weight.
