2013 Chevy Cruze Multiple Codes

Hello I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze 1.8L 90,000 on the body and about 50k on the engine. Old engine locked up so I put a used engine in it. Got everything installed, and turned it on it runs okay not quite 100% still runs a little rough. When it sits at idle the rpms will drop a little but the car has never stalled from the idle dropping. Its throwing a P0016, P0017, P0324, P0326. The car sat for about 1.5 years before I decided to put the used engine in. I have two questions.

Question 1: Could the P0324 and P0326 code be from the gas sitting for so long or actually a bad knock sensor?

Question 2: Regarding the P0016, P0017 what are the chances BOTH cam shaft sensors are bad and it the timing being off? I checked the timing marks and everyhting appears to be in line

Thanks

Well yeah for sitting so long that could trip the knock sensor code. You probably have to flush the whole system. I'll change the fuel filter. Maybe even change the fuel pump. And the.other code is often that the timing chain has stretched. Realize you put in a used engine and those cruises are really one of the worst cars ever made. I have a customer with one who calls. It is Mickey mouse car and his picture of Mickey mouse on the back cuz it went through three automatic transmissions and the first 4 years of ownership. I really wouldn't put too much money or energy into that thing. If I were you especially since you start putting in stuff like used engines, who knows what shape it's in
