Hello. My radio/nav for my 2013 sorento will not turn on. I've checked the radio fuse and it seems to be fine.
The alternator was recently replaced and I do not have any other electrical issues I can find.

Ah yet another reason I told people not to buy Korean cars the electronics are weak odds are the system is just broken and nobody really fixes them they just replace them and they cost a small fortune. Most guys will replace them with aftermarket Android units that work fine

Try resetting the radio by removing the negative battery cable and wait 15 min.
