Scotty,
I have a 2013 Prius, 120,000 miles. I've been noticing that when I get inside the car in the morning BEFORE I turn it on, I smell fuel. Mechanics say there are zero leaks. What could this be?

You have a leak somewhere. Check the fuel line and injectors. You may have leaky injectors.

Easiest is to check the gas cap seal. It may be rubber seal is degraded or damaged, and not doing it's job. Several years ago, I had to change the gas cap on my 08 4-runner for same reason. Also could be a problem with the evap cannister and purge valve, etc...
