I am currently looking at a 2013 scion Fr-s with 200000km on it is it reliable and should I expect a long life ahead like any toyota or is this an exception. Any problems or reasons to stay away?

The Scion FR-S is not a Toyota. It's a rebadged Subaru BRZ. 200,000 km is ~124,000 miles. I would pass on this car because of engine problems and issues with the clutch.
