Hello Scotty,

My buddy toasted the clutch on his 2013 subaru crosstrek with a standard transmission and 115,000 miles on it. We installed an upgraded clutch and flywheel. After the upgrade was completed the vehicle will not start and codes p0335 crankshaft position sensor. We replaced the sensor, cleared the code and the vehicle still will not start. The battery was disconnected during the repairs. We checked all the grounds and wiring in the ignition system. Would the clutch change cause this issue?

Realize the flywheel has a sensor that measures the crank signal it probably was damaged when you pulled the transmission off but do check all the wiring on there to make sure it's okay but I've seen guys damage those sensors pulling the clutches off

Thanks Scotty. I will look into it and report back.
