on my 2014 Audi Q5
I just got it from the dealership used 100k miles on the odometer
got the car 7 days ago, there were no check engine lights at the time but now
My car check engine code is P0456 “Evaporative emission system leak detected (very small leak)”
please advice.

Did you do the simple stuff first like double check the gas cap (re-tighten it and clear the code)?
