Quick question. I have a 2014 Cadillac SRX. I have always babied this car. Little over 80 K on it. It shifts just fine as I accelerate but is kinda jerky as it down shifts coming to a stop or slow down. Usually under 10 mph. Any ideas? Wish I met Scotty before I bought this Caddy I'd have 3 toyotas in the garage instead of two. Thanks, Ed.
jerky down shifts???/ any noise by any chance? what about hesitation shifting habits? did you check transmission oil level? did you run diagnosis to see any error codes? if so... what is the error codes? possible TCM.
Not excessively jerky ,just noticeable. No noises either. Fluid is full and clean and not getting any diagnosis codes. But I don't have a live data scanner, wish I did.
you might need data scanner on that one .... exactly what happened to my sis car (ford escape is junk) i use data scanner and my sis driving and found the issue but my sis car... gotta tear entire tranny apart to replace 3 parts
