I believed I had a blockage in the condenser so i installed a new one and when through all the motions of decompressing the system and adding freon , but low side reads about 20lbs and the high side reads about 80lbs the air blows around 60.
I'm not sure what else to replace.

Had you tested it for a blockage?

Did you take it to a shop to evacuate the system? (It is illegal to deliberately vent refrigerant to atmostphere.) Was a new receiver/dryer installed? Was a little refrigerant oil added to make up for what was lost in the old condenser? Was vacuum pulled on the system for at least 30-45 minutes before adding refrigerant? Fill lines purged of air? Did you install the correct amount of R134a by weight, weighing the can(s) on a scale?

Sounds like it is undercharged, but there are other potential causes. You can find a pressure diagnostics chart here:

Don't blindly replace parts. Troubleshoot the AC system to find the problem.
