If they can absolutely prove that's the real mileage, I'd say that's a pretty good deal. 

Still, before you go spending that kind of money you should bring a mechanic to check it out first as with any used car purchase. 

If he says it's good, I'd say go for it. 

I agree with rpmartin32. That is a great price, which makes me wary. I would check the Carfax on this car and look for accidents and title issues, in addition to having a mechanic go over it with a fine tooth comb. Last year I bought a 2014 Camry SE with 39000 miles, one owner, no accidents, serviced regularly for $12,400 and I think I got a great deal.

Those Camrys are excellent cars. great MPG, comfy, spacious.
