Hello Scotty, Alex from Dallas, I have a 2015 F150 with 78,000 miles 3.5 L eco-boost. I wanted to get the transmission fluid changed along with all the differentials. The shop I took it to I told them to replace the fluid in the filter. I got it back and now my truck will lurch when changing gears and occasionally slam. I have owned vehicles since 37,000 miles and have not done any transmission maintenance. I asked the shop to just change the fluid and not flush, but I have a feeling they used the BG Flush machine. What should I do.

Well you let them proof that they used to flush machine I would never use a flush machine if they did they could have ruined it and you'll have to get lawyers involved but the lawyers would tell you you have to have proof.
Do you think it could be that resetting the adaptive shift memory could do anything?
