Do a Google search but scotty had some video on this.  It really us not hard if you ok with tools.

You need a spec plug removal docket preferable magnet.

You need to know how to remove a bunch of hoses and wiring without damage (and later re-attach everything in the right place).

You need semi-special tools, magnetic spark plug sockets, good universal couplers, long extensions (2 different lengths), good ratchet and an accurate torque wrench. Make sure you properly set spark plug gap on the new plugs !! Oh, and get the right spark plugs.

Then you need some un-interrupted time and a lot of patience, and after it's done you'll need a good engine analyzer to make sure you did it right without cross-threading spark plugs, damaging spark plug connections or coils, wiring still OK, and everything put back properly.

I'm making it sound easy but it's really not !

Dealer mechanics hate rear spark plug changes on Toyota and Honda V6, Toyota 3.5 is the worst because a lot of the extra stuff is cheap plastic and breaks very easy. And usually you work within 1" of the firewall and have no room to work !

Also most Honda hoods can go completely vertical, giving more working space, but not Toyota.

Time to do it: 45-60 minutes for a good mechanic or dealer mechanic, owner with little/no experience, (several hours ???, who can say ???).

Because I've seen so many owners try it themselves, mess it up and have to take it to a dealer anyway, I highly recommend having a dealer do it to begin with.

Suggestion - when I do an unfamiliar mechanical task, I take a lot of pictures as I take things apart - that way I know what connects to what when I put things together.
