Hey Scotty, I was thinking about selling my 2008 Dodge Dakota and purchasing a 2015 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab V6 PreRunner with 74,000 miles on it. How good are the Tacoma’s for this year as the dealer is asking around 24,000 for the truck. Also, according to the VIN number it was assembled in Texas and not Mexico. Do you think this would be a good idea? Thanks.

Yes, jump on that truck. It is leaps and bounds better than the Dakota.

24k is a bit steep for me, but it is a good truck, so I say offer the dealer 21k and see where you can meet them.

Where I live, those trucks are selling all day for $30K.
