2016 Honda Pilot woes

During COVID my grandkids were here and I needed a car, so I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot. It had around 65,000 miles. I drive all over the state of Georgia to inspect gas stations. I now have 229,000 miles mostly highway miles. I have had a random code for emissions and the evap  canister pretty much for the past couple of years. The gas intake has a rubber fitting and it has a hairline crack that didn't show up until I cleaned the grease out from inside the gas cap. The first estimate I got for this part was $450 just for the part without labor and I was told that you had to drop the gas tank to fix it. I was told that it basically only affected gas mileage so I did not feel it was worth the money. The car has gotten anywhere from 20 to 31 miles per gallon depending on stop and go or highway. Recently the car cut off, I was able to recrank it but it was throwing an engine code. The code reader at Autozone told me that the engine was misfiring. I had never changed the spark plugs in the rear. So I figured it was the spark plugs and changed them. That didn't stop the code at after resetting the ECM by removing the battery cable. I then paid Protect to do a diagnostic. He came back and told me to replace the air filter, replace the oxygen sensor, and run Cataclean through the gas tank. He said that would not fix the problem but before he could go further in the diagnostic it had to be done. Because of the high mileage and the fact that I had never replaced the oxygen sensor I went ahead and complied. Again I reset the ECM and looked to see what new codes came up. It still said Bank 2 too rich and so I continued to research and figured It was probably time to also replace the MAF the mass air flow. I changed it and the air filter. Well low and behold it stopped throwing the engine misfire code. Unfortunately, now I had a code that said that fuel rail pressure was too low. But still no misfire code I figured I might need the high pressure fuel pump in the front of the motor. But within a day now it's throwing all kinds of codes again including the misfire codes for the front three cylinders. (4, 5, 6). I have never changed the timing belt or any fuel pumps. I believe one injector was replaced while it was still under manufacturer's warranty. The ignition coils have never been changed either. And I'm still getting the code for bank 2 is too rich. Is this car a lost cause? I don't have thousands of dollars to throw at it trying to figure out what's wrong. I know that at a minimum I'm looking at a new timing belt and valve adjustment. (During this process I learned all about an interference Engine.) What should I do cut my losses and run away? lol. At the time of purchase I did not know that 2016 was not considered a good model to buy. I have also heard about Honda Pilot ghost codes. And the engine has been stuttering during acceleration for a while.

PS. one day you get in it and it drives awesome like nothing is wrong with it.  Then the next day the opposite. I believe because of this there's hope, but I'm just afraid I won't have enough money to fulfill this cars spirit.
