Hey anyone with answers,
I have a code P0507 that pops up on my 2016 kia rondo rarely.
I also noticed idle revs up to 1500rpm for about 2-3 seconds then back to around 650rpm. A symptom of P0507.
Oil changed every 5000km since new (bought second hand at 4750km) ~74000km on it now I 2.5 yrs - 80% city driving.
Is it worth investigating or just leave it until high idle revs happen daily. Is there a risk of severe damage in not addressing soon? Canadian prairies (dry air winters -30c to -10c regularly, salty roads 8mnths of the year, summer mostly dry and dusty (low humidity)
