I have a 2017 f150 and I recently had a few different messages pop up at the same time, “no advance Trac” “steering assist fault please service” “no hill assist” and the abs and traction control lights are on, and I have absolutely no power steering, I’ve checked fuses. Not really sure where to go from here. Any help would be great

If simple stuff (fuses, relays) are OK you'll need to diagnose it with a professional-grade bidirectional scan tool. There's a good chance your EPS (Electronic Power Steering) has cratered but it will need to be scanned to confirm that. Fords seem to have more than their share of problems with EPS.
