Hi Scotty, My driver and passenger power windows are messed up. They will come down if rolled all the way up, both in auto and manual. I saw a video on youtube that say to roll down all the way and hold for 15 sec. Then roll up manually to to top and hold for 15 sec. I've tried this multiple times without any luck.

Yes, both open and closed.
