Should I flush my ATF

I have a 2017 jeep cherokee V6 3.2L engine with 90,000 miles on it. I want to get it ready for going over 100k, and I have done everything I can to maintain the vehicle, except get the transmission fluid change or flushed. Should I do a flush with some repair show or just change it myself? Also how hard would.it be to do it myself.
