Scotty and crew,
I have a 2018 Accord 2.0 TGDI that I love and am planning on keeping a long time. Other than frequent oil changes with good quality oil, what else can I do to best ensure long engine life? I’ve read that TGDI can have carbon buildup problems on valves down the road. My questions are:
(1) should I use a valve/turbo cleaner (eg CRC) or does that risk damaging the turbo?
(2) would a catch can be beneficial or does Honda’s TGDI already have something to mitigate the carbon issue?

I would put an oil catch can on it and probably add some cleaner in the intake every once in awhile is it my video how to clean valves on your car Scotty
