Hey Scotty - We have a 2018 Chevy Suburban Premier, with Magnaride and air ride suspension. It has 119,000 miles. (we have driven it a lot as its a company car). It also has the 5.3 liter engine. Question: I think our magnaride struts have gone out, as it goes over bumps really hard and bounces a lot. I'm being told it is a VERY expensive repair. (3-5k). Do you have any suggestions? Could we replace the magnaride struts with normal struts? If it the repair is going to cost 5K I'm getting rid of the car. Also, are there any large SUV's you would recommend? We need the size for our business.
Thank you in advance!
Mike
Go to your local mechanic and see what they say. You might be able to get aftermarket parts at a good deal.
