Scotty,
This Ram has a 5.7 liter V8 engine. Can you give me your opinion on Dodge Ram trucks in general, how do they compare to the 2018 Ford F-159’s, and with this particular Dodge Ram, is there anything in particular I should keeps my eyes on as far as known issues on these trucks, aside from what I’ve heard with the body parts breaking off?

I can't speak much for Ford but I can tell you the most common problems with the 5.7 Rams that I have seen at the dealership: 1. broken exhaust manifold bolts, 2. a/c evaporator core leaking (inside of HVAC housing behind dash that would need to be removed) 3. fuel pump/fuel level sensor failure 4. transmission drivability complaints with the 8-speed transmission 5. water leaking into the cab. These are the first few things that come to mind when thinking back.
