Hi, I have a 2018 chevy Impala(I bought new), 109,200km (67,853 miles) automatic transmission, I had an issue whenever I go through a mountain road , after around 20 mins of driving uphill the car would simply stop while driving without any alarm or warning and can't start it, I leave the car for 2 mins and then i can switch it on, I took to 2 dealers in Saudi Arabia but they can't find anything wrong with the car. What coud be the problem?

I assume there is no CEL. Pressure test the fuel pump.

Sounds like a fuel problem to me. I'd do what @yaser recommended and also check the fuel filter.
