Hi scotty, I have a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek limited. It has 54000 miles and its an automatic.

When ever I accelerate or im in traffic, the car will lag/slip when accelerating. Especially in low acceleration like when your in bumper to bumper traffic. Is these normal?

The dealerships says it is but I just think they say that because I have a warranty on the car that will fix any mechanical problem and are only need to play $100 deductible. So they won't make any money if they fix it.

I've driven these and it is not normal. The CVT is failing and the dealer is trying to stall you hoping it will last beyond the warranty period. Make them fix it. Contact Subaru corporate if they won't do it.

The warranty is with ford. I bought it used from them. I feel their going to say its nothing wrong with it.

Ouch, now that's a real problem. Subaru is usually pretty good about replacing those if they fail early, but a Ford dealer is not going to be motivated to do anything. A Subaru CVT is very expensive. Cost to replace is typically in the $8000-$9000 range. It is unlikely that the Ford dealer will be able to do the work properly and it would probably have to be farmed out to a Subaru dealer.

Is the warranty actually with Ford Motor Company, or with the dealer, or with some 3rd-party warranty company? There is not much doubt they are trying to weasel out of covering it. Check the terms of the warranty carefully. Chances are the dealer will read it to say that if the car can move under its own power the transmission is "working".

Its caller Ford Protect Premium Care Extended Service Plan.
And it say its covers transmission.
Are just check and they say nothing wrong, are just take it to Subaru and have them check it out and something is wrong are just take it back to ford and make them fix it.

Sounds like a reasonable initial plan of action.

Take it back to Ford and make them fix it.  Or, get it fixed at Subaru and get your money back from Ford in small claims court. Dealerships will tell you that if your engine is squirting oil and blowing white smoke out the tail pipe, "It's normal."
