2019 4Runner with Brake Squeal

I have a 2019 4Runner with 112,000 miles. New pads on all 4 and new rotors in rear. Every morning or after it has been sitting for a few hours, the brakes squeal during the first few compressions then goes away. It is especially bad after it rains. The pads and rotors were put on 4 months ago. Dealership says all new cars do this but I cannot believe Toyota would let all their new cars do this. Would new front rotors fix this?

it's completely normal.

The rotors get a thin layer rust which gets rubbed off after a few brake applications. Obviously when they're wet they rust more.

Nothing to worry about.

Depends where the squeal is coming from.  Don't believe anything a dealer tells you, ever.  Did the squealing start after the new rotors were installed in the rear?

Kind of a long story but I'll try to summarize. Bought this 4Runner last spring and they had put new brake pads in the rear before I bought it. After about of week of owning it, when I used the brakes they would thump. I took it in and said "oh, only the rear pads were replaced before you bought it, we'll replace the front pads AND rear rotors for you as those looked to be in rough shape".
After about a week of all new pads and rear rotors, the brakes squeals under slow braking (going through drive-thru line). Took it back, and they said the new pads in the front were aftermarket pads that weren't fitting quite right. They then replaced front ones with OEM pads. This fixed the brake squeal under slow braking but;
This is when the brake squeal in mornings and in wet started. After that they continued to say either because they were new pads, or that all new cars do that.

All in all, new rear rotors, and all 4 new pads. (at least dealership didn't charge me a dime for any of the service or parts).
