Looking to buy a used car at a dealership in the Chicagoland area. Wondering if anyone has experience with the 19 TLX v6 w/Tech or the 18-21 ILX? Let me know your thoughts.
I would not buy anything from any dealer in any town.
If you are leaning to get the TLX, make sure to get a spare tire since those don't have one. I think the ILX as well but always better be safe than sorry

Me personally, I would go with the 4-cylinder ILX with the Honda 2.4L K Series Engine. K Series is known for its reliability and longevity.
The TLX is the “better” car. But I am too lazy and too cheap to buy another car with a timing bel and do the maintenance on it. The V6 is amazing, but may also fall victim to VCM problems. And the 9 speed ZF transmission was problematic in the early years, maybe not the later years.
