Hi there,
We have a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid, automatic, with 95,000km on it that has a battery that dies after being left for less than 12 hours at a time. We have taken it into Ford, they replaced the battery but the issue still occurs. They now say they don't know where the draw is and can't diagnosis an intermittent draw. What do we do? Thanks!

First, check your warranty. If it expires at 100,000 km, they are trying to wait you out until they don't have to fix it under warranty. If the warranty is good, take the car to a dealer with better mechanics.
But - are you talking about the hybrid/high voltage battery, or the 12 volt one for the starter, lights, etc.? How frequently does the battery drain down? Under any particular conditions?
