Should I buy this car

Dealer wants to sell me RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium for 37.8k plus 1k of so called "market adjustment" plus some "accessories" 1k (Ziebart Appearance Protect) - total with taxes and fees will be about $43.5k. I know it is an excellent vehicle but is it worth it? Will prices of hybrid vehicles go down within 2-3 years? What is your opinion about hybrid Toyotas prices within next 2-3 years? Thank you!

The price is stupid.  Might as well get a Highlander at that point.

Skip the extras and inform them where they can stick their market adjustment.

Realize that in this market, this is the case for popular cars. No one knows when the prices go down. If you have to buy a hybrid SUV, unfortunately, you need to deal with this situation.

So a 2022 Rav4 hybrid XLE Premium has an msrp of $35270 including destination fee and with no accessories or packages from Toyota. You are saying they're asking $37k so that means there are definitely some accessories and packages installed from the factory by Toyota (if it is on the monroney sticker then it is from factory) or it's dealership additional items (which one is it in your case?).

Toyota inventory is down to 36 hours and cars are being sold before they're built. Hybrid is even higher in demand and in many cases people are having to wait upward of 6 months to receive their car. If this is an on the lot unit you are definitely going to pay market adjustment etc. and literally no way to get at msrp.

Now if you can wait for a car find a dealership that will agree to sell you at msrp and put down your name on an incoming unit and when for it to be built and arrive. But do remember Toyota does not do custom order and is based on allocation system so you might end up with a car with some factory accessories you didn't really want.

To answer your question, it's simple.  NO.
