Hello,
2002 Toyota 4Runner SR5 [230,000 miles]
Quick rundown:
Truck works fine on cold start up. Drove it for 20 minutes to the store. After I finished shopping, I start up the truck, but the engine stalls immediately after startup. I pump the gas pedal 3-4 times, and now it starts up. What could this be? Faulty fuel pump?
I replaced the fuel filter with a new one a few months ago, so it's definitely not that.

Well pumping it gives it extra fuel it could be your fuel pump is getting weak you might pressure test it. Also check for vacuum leaks if you get a small vacuum leak it'll be hard to start cold.
