Truck is 00 f550 dump truck rwd auto 138000 miles. We put second remenu transmission in 2020 the tranny reflect so the manufacturer sent replaced. Now it has no reversed after the stuck on steep hill I used other truck to pull out. What is could it be?

Sure sounds like a bum transmission. This article goes into some of the weak points:

You would need a transmission expert to do a proper diagnosis.
