Hello my mom has a 90s 4 runner it's got more 150k miles it's a manual and when she shifts into gear it starts going at higher roms she would shift back to neutral and shift again sometimes it fixes the problem sometimes not. If you know anything I should look at that be helpful thank you sorry for the crappy writing.
