I have a 91 Toyota pickup SR5 and every time i start it up cold and put it into gear i have to gas it in order for it to go into gear. After it’s warmed up it shifts fine what should i replace or do?

Check all your clutch adjustments, master cylinder, slave cylinder, push rod (at the pedal)adjustment. You may also need to replace the shift lever bushing if it's worn. Beyond that, you might be looking at new seals and synchros (trans rebuild).
